SHIPPING We are located in OSAKA, JAPAN! Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive your tracking info by email as soon as your order ships. Orders ship Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays. ***Since TIMESCAN is run independently, webstore may be closed on rare occasions. Such as business and skate tours, etc. Please make sure to check our website / Instagram for updates.*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please allow 1-4 weeks for some international orders to be delivered, depending on the shipping service selected. A shipment notification will be emailed to you after your order is placed. ***Any customs duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your tracking info as you may need to sign & collect your package at your local postal office.*** * If you would like an alternative shipping method or quicker delivery time, please contact us for an upgraded shipping method.
RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at timescaninfo@gmail.com. ​ Returns You have 14 days from the date received to return an item. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with a proof of purchase. Please be sure to use a secure shipping address for your order. TIMESCAN is not able to refund lost or stolen items. Refunds If you would like a refund, email timescaninfo@gmail.com. Returned items will be inspected when received. You will be notified of the status of the refund, and if approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged items. Sale Items If you would like to return a sale item after the sale has ended, you will be refunded the sale price of the item. Once the item is sold out, we do not accept returns.
